Facades are where the full range shows. Embedded thin brick through Solocast and Flex2Fit makes a building read as masonry. Seamless pattern liners deliver stone, board-form wood, fluted, and geometric faces without a seam line across a large elevation.

When an architect wants a texture that does not exist yet, the custom capability builds the liner to the design.

Notes for the crew

  • Large elevations show seams badly. Seamless liners plus starter and ender sheets keep the face continuous.
  • Embedded brick installs flat in the plant or on the tilt-up slab, not on scaffolding.
  • Design depth, draft, and reveal placement are coordinated so the panel strips clean and keeps its structure.

Common questions

Can a precast or tilt-up facade look like real brick?
Yes. Embedded thin brick is real fired brick cast into the panel face, so the finished facade reads as brick masonry. The difference is the brick installs in the plant or flat on the tilt-up slab, not laid by hand up on scaffolding.
How do you keep a large facade from showing liner seams?
With a seamless system. On a big elevation, ordinary liner sheets show a seam where they meet. Our seamless liners are built so that joint disappears in the concrete, and starter and ender sheets close out the ends of each run.
Can you cast a custom facade texture?
Yes. Bring us the design and we build the liner to cast it. That is what the custom capability is for, whether the architect wants a pattern that does not exist yet or needs to match an existing building.
