For precast producers
The panel comes out clean, and the bed turns faster
You care about labor in the bed, the schedule, and panels that pass on the first strip. Our liners are built for exactly that.
The seam problem, ended
The oldest headache in pattern precast is the seam where two liner sheets meet. A thin ribbon of concrete cures in the gap, the pattern breaks across the joint, and the finished panel shows a line you cannot sand out. Our seamless liners are built so that joint disappears in the concrete, not in the touch-up shop.
That means fewer rejected panels and less patch work. The finish the architect drew is the finish that strips off the bed.
No trimming in the bed
Starter and ender sheets close out the beginning and end of a liner run so the pattern lands right at the panel edge. Your crew is not cutting liner in the bed to make it fit. That is setup time saved on every panel, and material that does not go in the scrap bin.
- Six foot XXL liners cover more panel per sheet, so there are fewer joints to begin with.
- Less time laying out and trimming means the bed turns faster and your schedule holds.
- Cleaner joints mean less finishing labor after the strip.
Brick that is not uniform, handled
Real thin brick varies in size, shape, and texture. A rigid liner fights that and leaves a ledge, which reads as a sloppy joint and can trap water. Flex2Fit seals around non-uniform brick with no ledge, and it is multi use, so you run it again instead of buying a liner per pour.
