An architect or artist wants a texture no standard liner makes. Send us the design intent and we build a liner that casts it. You get a pattern that is yours, proven to strip clean, instead of settling for the closest thing on a shelf.

The producer or DOT contractor matching an existing structure

A bridge gets a phase two. A wall needs a repair panel. A building gets an addition, and it all has to match what is already standing. Send us photos, a drawing, or a piece of the original and we replicate the profile so the new work reads as one with the old.

Send us what you have

A design, a drawing, a physical sample, or photos of the structure you need to match. Whatever describes the profile.

We model and confirm the profile

We work up the profile and confirm it with you before any liner gets made, so the depth, draft, and detail are right.

We manufacture the liner

We make the formliner to the confirmed profile, in the sheet sizes your bed needs.

You cast

You run the liner and the panel comes out with the pattern you asked for.

Lead times and minimum orders on a custom job depend on the profile, so we do not post numbers that would only be true sometimes. Call your rep with the design and you get dates we can actually commit to, usually the same day.
