Tilt-up casting is its own animal. The liner goes down on the casting slab, the panel casts flat, and then the whole thing gets lifted vertical. A liner that floats, shifts, or grabs on strip costs you at the worst possible moment. Ours are made to lay flat, hold position through the pour, and release clean when the panel comes up.

Brick without the scaffolding

Embedded thin brick lets a tilt-up building read as masonry, with the brick set in the plant conditions of your casting slab instead of laid by hand up on a wall. The Solocast system holds the brick through the pour, and Flex2Fit seals around brick that is not uniform, with no ledge.
