Wirecut utility 3-5/8 by 11-5/8 by 9/16 in. The 2019 specification excludes #10 Summitville Red and #15 Providence from this size.

Summitville meets PCI tolerances and standards. Tumbled and handmade units fall outside PCI tolerances.

Made in Summitville, Ohio.
Standard ASTM C1088 Type TBX, Grade Exterior, stated to meet the PCI requirements for embedded thin brick.
Chipping Under 2%, against a 3% maximum.
Size and warpage Reported as exceeding the TBX limits.
Modulus of rupture 500 psi, against a 250 psi minimum under ASTM C67.
Compressive strength 10,000 psi, against an 8,000 psi minimum under ASTM C67.
Absorption Under 6%, against a 17% maximum under ASTM C1088.
Efflorescence None, under ASTM C67.
Freeze thaw The brick alone exceeds 50 cycles under ASTM C67. The precast assembly passed 300 cycles under ASTM C666.
Bond Tensile bond passed at 150 psi before and after 300 cycles, by the PCI modified ASTM E488 method. Shear bond to portland cement above 150 psi under ASTM C482, against a 50 psi minimum.
Chemical resistance Not affected, under ASTM C650.
Silica The safety data sheet lists 15% to 25% quartz. Do not dry cut.
Warranty The limited warranty warrants conformance to ASTM C1088, C67, C482 and C650.

Faces and finishing.

Wirecut The stock face, run in modular and utility.
Smooth 401 Graphite is the smooth face, and it sits in both the Wirecut and the Blends collections.
Kiln-flashed Any Wirecut color can be flashed by special order. 14 Alexandria, 17 Yorktown and 97 Valley Forge are the published examples.
Olde Towne A rustic, kiln-flashed iron-spot face with subtle ranging tones, in the standard modular size.
Landmark Patterned after 18th-century hand-made brick and molded from brick molds taken from buildings around Hanoverton, Ohio. Each color is a wide range of shades, blended at the factory.
Precision sizing Any thin brick can be ordered precision sized for the tightest tolerances.
Factory wax Applied at the factory for precast and tilt-up work, and named as a separate step on the order.
Blends Mixed from the stocking wirecut colors. Custom blends in every thin brick product.

Modular 6.86 pieces per sq ft, 5.65 lb per sq ft, 24 pieces and 3.5 sq ft per tray at 19.75 lb, 3,600 pieces per pallet.
Modular trim BC-248 corners 12 per tray at 1.13 lb each, 2,160 per pallet. BT-248 edge caps 10 per tray at 1.70 lb each. BTR-248 and BTL-248 closed corners 6 per tray at 2.20 lb each.
Utility 3 pieces per sq ft, 6.48 lb per sq ft, 24 pieces and 8 sq ft per tray at 51.84 lb.
Utility trim BC-44C corners 7 per tray at 2.20 lb each.
Olde Towne An archived sheet gives 6.87 pieces per sq ft, 5.7 lb per sq ft, 24 pieces per tray at 20 lb.

SummitStock Stocked colors come as modular flats at 24 per tray and 3,600 per pallet, and corners at 12 per tray and 2,160 per pallet.
